This traditional villa stands out because of its prominent position and has spectacular and undisturbed views over the Mediterranean Sea. The house is very well maintained and immediately gives the impression of many happy family holidays spent there.
The property has 2 entrances as it is situated between 2 quiet streets.
The main entrance leads to a corridor with a bathroom on the left and opposite a guest bedroom with sea views. At the end of the corridor, the open-plan kitchen leads into the dining area and spacious living room with fireplace. Also on this level there is a second bedroom with a large bathroom ensuite.
Next to the kitchen there is access to a lovely and bright conservatory, which houses a wide staircase leading to the 2 comfortable ground-floor bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Because of the double glazing throughout, the house is suitable for year-round living.
The fifth bedroom with ensuite bathroom is completely independent from the main house and accessible through an outside staircase leading also to the garden, garage and the 2nd street entrance for cars.
The house is surrounded by a lovely lush and mature garden. A real surprise is the Loggia (cleverly created under the pool) creating a romantic setting for long summer evenings, and family meals blessed with views over the Med.
An extra bonus is the thatched terrace in the garden, providing a great hide-out for quiet summer reading.

Cumbre del Sol is a purpose-built residential resort within the municipality of Benitachell, between the more established towns of Moraira and Jávea, which lies in the southwest of the Marina Alta of the Costa Blanca - in the northern part of the province of Alicante - inside the autonomous district of Valencia.
Located high on the cliffs overlooking the Mediterranean, the development is in an area of outstanding natural beauty, surrounded by green belt land and interesting beaches and coves. As one of the older “new” resorts on this stretch of coast, Cumbre del Sol has all the amenities both tourists and residents could need, including supermarkets, a pharmacy and even an English primary school.
Despite the many tourist-friendly areas and new urbanizations, the area has kept it´s individual landscape with large areas dedicated to agriculture and the cultivation of the moscatel grapes. The centre of Benitachell, situated on top of a hill, has kept the characteristics of a genuine Valencia village (pueblo).
Being only 90 km away from the airports in Alicante and Valencia guarantees easy access and has contributed to the popularity of the Cumbre del Sol amongst visitors all over Europe. From the Marina Ports of Jávea or Moraira, the famous islands Ibiza and Mallorca are only 50 nautical miles away.
