Tucked away in the serene countryside between Pollensa and Alcudia, this exceptional estate is a rare gem offering privacy, style, and sweeping views of the Tramuntana mountains. Completed in 2014 and meticulously maintained since, the property blends modern comfort with timeless Mediterranean charm. A picturesque, lavender-fringed driveway sets the scene as you approach the main house, which is arranged around a heated swimming pool. With its southwesterly orientation, the estate enjoys full sun throughout the day and captivating sunset views in the evening. The main villa includes four spacious double bedrooms. Three feature en-suite bathrooms, while the fourth is currently arranged as a children’s room but could easily be used as a second lounge or study. Two upper-level bedrooms open onto a generous sun terrace with panoramic mountain views. A guest cloakroom is also located on the ground floor for added practicality. The interiors are crafted with refined taste, showcasing elegant floor tiles, underfloor heating, integrated air conditioning, and custom-fitted wardrobes. The high-end kitchen, equipped with premium Miele appliances, flows seamlessly into a bright open-plan living and dining area, with direct access to the outdoor terraces. A separate, fully independent guest house provides further accommodation with two additional en-suite bedrooms, its own open-plan kitchen, a cosy lounge, and a private terrace overlooking the surrounding landscape. Adjacent to the guest house, a pétanque court framed by tall palms offers a charming space for relaxed recreation. Altogether, the estate boasts three fully-equipped kitchens: one in the main house, one in the guest house, and a stylish outdoor summer kitchen complete with bar and dining space for al fresco entertaining. Multiple terraces surround the home, creating inviting outdoor areas to relax or host gatherings. Manicured lawns and native Mediterranean plants fill the garden, which is irrigated by a private well to keep the grounds lush year-round. An outdoor WC and shower serve the pool area, and a classic red English phone box adds a playful, whimsical touch to the garden. Practical features include a covered carport for two vehicles and a spacious parking area for guests. The beautiful old town of Pollensa is part of the Municipality of Pollensa, which also includes Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente with a total population of more than 16.000. The town is just 6 km from the coast and 58 km from the airport and the capital Palma de Mallorca. The old town is characterised by narrow streets and the old market square with cafes, bars, shops and small hotels. Pollensa is a town with history that values its traditions and customs. In the early 1920s, Pollensa became a popular destination for famous painters, writers and musicians. Today Pollensa continues to be important to the cultural and art worlds promoting and hosting concerts and exhibitions, such as the International Music Festival. The most notable occasions are the festivals of Sant Antoni in January and the week-long festivities of the patron saint ‘La Patrona Mare de Déu dels Àngels’ in August. Also well worth visiting is the wine fair in April and the Sunday markets held every week. Points of interest include the convent on the Puig de Maria, where there are fantastic 360º views. There is a Roman Bridge and the 365 steps of the Calvario, with a great little cafe at the top to recover from the climb and relish the huge views to both the bays of Pollensa and Alcudia. Pollensa is an excellent starting point for hikers and cyclists before venturing up into the Tramuntana Mountains. Featuring two stunning valleys, Vall den March and Vall de Colonya, the plains and the mountains make for striking landscapes around a romantic town. Property in the area is diverse and in high demand right across the board and many have the holiday rental license in place practically guaranteeing great returns.
