The proposed architectural concept strikes a delicate balance between tradition and modernity. Crafted with natural stone and timeless design features, the home is thoughtfully envisioned to blend harmoniously with the landscape while incorporating contemporary lines, open-plan interiors, and refined materials throughout. The plot has its own well and is designed to operate with solar energy, promoting a more sustainable lifestyle, while also offering the possibility of connecting to mains electricity. The sales price includes the plot and approved project; construction is not included. The buyer must confirm the current building regulations with an architect. This is an exceptional opportunity to create a peaceful retreat that celebrates Mallorcan heritage, architectural elegance, and ecological mindfulness just 25 minutes from Palma.

Sencelles is a municipality in the centre of Mallorca and consists of several urban centres such as Biniali, and the "llogarets" of Ruberts, Jornets, Judi, and Cascanar Laiar, which have a special charm for those who admire rural and peaceful life. It has more than 3,500 inhabitants and holds its weekly market on Wednesdays in the Plaça Nova, and on Saturday mornings in the Plaça de la Vila. Its lands form part of the wine-growing region of Binissalem. You can find different wine cellars, such as "Celler Can Ramis", which produce and sell their own wine. The cellars of "Son Prim '' are open to the public and you can taste their own harvests. Another great attraction of the village is the many archaeological sites that can be found in the village, among them the cave of the bishop's field, the sanctuary of Son Corró and others. The village is known for the figure of Sister Francinaina Cirer, who was beatified in 1989. And in her birth house, the convent of the Sisters of Charity, the elements from when she lived there (18th-19th century) are still preserved. It is very well connected with the rest of the towns, and about 30 minutes from the centre of Palma, the airport and the beaches
