Country Estate with infinity pool and view of Artà

This unique country estate stands for joy of life: In front of the entrance, there is an open, central area that the owners jokingly call "our helipad." With the same sense of humor, appreciation for beautiful things, and life itself, you continue through a heavy door made of solid precious wood into the spacious, yet inviting hall of the house, which one can rightfully call a small castle. In France, it might be a Chateau du Coeur, a castle of the heart... Behind every material decision during the construction in 2011/2012 is the joy of using these materials every day. Be it the illuminated built-in wardrobes made from valuable, old pine wood, the noble Marés stone or the marble in the bathroom, the indirect (and dimmable) lighting embedded in the walls and ceilings, or the veranda's roof beams, which cleverly look like wood but never rot: Everything here is well thought out and made with quality. Incidentally, only local Mallorcan companies were involved here. The house has five double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, in which a window can be tilted open with a fly screen in front. All bedrooms have TV connections and are pre-equipped for a central air conditioning system. In one of the bedrooms, there is a safe from the brand Fichet Bauche. The basement, which as a classic souterrain still receives daylight, contains, in addition to the garage (with direct access to the house), a wine refrigerator that will make any wine lover's eyes light up. It is the logical complement to the large country-style kitchen, which opens onto the covered banquet veranda, from where a few steps lead into the garden and to the saltwater pool with an outdoor shower. A wonderful setting for culinary evenings, hospitality, and time together with family and friends. The underfloor heating is powered by an oil central heating system, and solar panels provide hot water. A private, approved well supplies the garden, house, and a water reserve through three cisterns, with the water for the house being filtered and descaled. The equipment for pool electrolysis is new! And the electricity comes from the town of Artà, which can also be seen from the upper terrace.
