The underfloor heating is powered by an oil central heating system, and solar panels provide hot water. A private, approved well supplies the garden, house, and a water reserve through three cisterns, with the water for the house being filtered and descaled. The equipment for pool electrolysis is new! And the electricity comes from the town of Artà, which can also be seen from the upper terrace.
