This luxury villa is planned to be built in a quiet place in the urbanization of Puig de Ros. The building license has already been granted from the town hall. A total of 16 villas with sea views will be built; two of them are already finished and can be visited to soak up the essence of the houses. The colors and materials are kept in two different lines: one line with gray and white tones, the other with warmer colors of stone and sand. There is a possibility to choose one of the design options, small modifications are possible for an additional cost as long as the building license allows it.
